Customer case study – Training
Ecuador, South America
CONTEXT
Our customer has deployed more than 300 local and expatriate employees to complete a major port construction project in Ecuador.
The construction zone is classified as a high-risk area, where delinquency is a major threat to workers. To limit their exposure, they require urgent training in the right behaviours to adopt to protect themselves in this hostile security environment.
Our solution
IRENA teams are organising several local training sessions “Country risk awareness” for all local and expatriate staff.
These sessions will cover a range of topics such as:
- assault
- theft
- kidnapping
- extortion
- socio-cultural integration, etc.
